Legal title to goods will not pass until goods are paid for in cash or upon clearance if paid by cheque.

We send all our items via Track and Trace Courier next day delivery to all major cities after payment clears. If your product has not turned up within 5 days of making payment please email us and we will track it for you. The company shall not under any circumstances be liable for any loss, damage or deterioration to the goods during delivery to the purchaser but we will do our best to help.

Goods including packaging must be returned in a saleable condition. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from the date of delivery. Freight charges are not refundable. Claims for damaged goods must be lodged within 48hrs of receipt of the consignment always quoting the delivery document number and date. A 3% Fee will be charged for Credit Card Purchases. No returns accepted in parts where items have been fitted or used or are in a soiled condition.

The applicant by agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of JDM Performance, agrees and acknowledges that JDM Performance may disclose, discuss and obtain information from a third party with out prior consent from the applicant. This includes obtaining from a Credit Reporting Agency a credit report containing information about the creditworthiness of the applicant making the application and the individuals involved in that entity. The applicant acknowledges that JDM Performance ( the receiver ) of the credit account application form ( Online dealer request ) has appropriate authority and gives express permission to the above mentioned for the purpose of assessing the credit application and the ongoing monitoring.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen.
